Employee Wellbeing & Workplace Culture

Windfall Bio’s employees are the driving force behind the company’s core mission and beliefs, and we actively support work-life balance through adaptive work structures like hybrid roles and flexible paid time off. This enables employees to operate autonomously, take ownership of their work, and bring more influence and initiative to every project.

Gender, Racial, & Ethnic Diversity

We kicked off 2024 with just 11 employees, growing to 38 by the end of the year. We also achieved near 50:50 gender parity, including a strong presence of women among our senior leadership team - fostering meaningful diversity across the company.

Our board of directors includes four men (3 caucasian & 1 indian) with an open independent board seat.

*8% of employees identified as Hispanic/Latino. This information was collected through a separate survey question and was not included in the general demographic percentages. Future surveys will integrate all demographic questions to ensure comprehensive and unified reporting.

Health & Safety Initiatives

We hold weekly workplace safety meetings and hazardous/flammable materials training throughout the year, ensuring every one of Windfall Bio’s employees contributes to a safe work environment. As we continue to build out internal data processes and controls, we anticipate tracking health & safety related KPIs including:
